How long can a Participant stay in the United States on an H-2B Visa?
In general, H-2B programs last for a maximum of 10 months out of the year. In fact, many Employers choose to structure their recruiting to allow workers to return year after year to fill their seasonal need.

H-2B positions range greatly across industries and job functions. Some common job opportunities include:

If my Participant already has a job offer, what do I do?
If your Participant is in contact with an employer willing to hire him/her under the H-2B Visa program, please contact us and provide us with the employer contact details. Our staff will contact the employer, evaluate the petition, and assist in the Visa process.

What privileges does a Participant have on the H-2B Visa?
On the H-2B Visa program, a Participant may enter the USA for temporary work and enjoy the benefits of a regular employee. If a Participant's dependents applied for a Visa at the same time the Participant did, they may stay in the U.S. with the Participant. Additionally, a Participant may travel freely in and out of the USA during the program.
